Thanks to information from the Tulsa Zoo Listing and a confirmation that "Dr. Waddly" was located at Vicki C. Baker, M.D. & Oklahoma Oncology at 1705 East 19th Street, Tulsa, OK 74104.
Tonight's hunt was a result of this afternoon's news that "Dr. Waddly" would be taken away tomorrow (1 September) by Tulsa Zoo. And that means that she is no more in this location.
Actually we hunted for "Dr. Waddly" last Saturday 27 August. We were at the right building but didn't look at the correct side of the building. We failed to ask for direction as to how to get to her, except that we knew it was in the parkade. And being stranger to the building and the parkade, we drove into different parking areas but didn't look into the one parking area that would lead to her!
Thanks to Vicki who kindly gave us the directions and what signs to look for when finding"Dr. Waddly"; we had actually planned to hunt her later this weekend.
My husband was getting frustrated as he drove through the parkade and couldn't see her. He was sure he had driven to all the areas of the parkade and suggested we gave up. I wouldn't give up because I know she is there. Just that we had miss some areas. Mike feared for my safety so he wouldn't allow me to alight the car and walk alone inside the parkade. Finally he did allow me to walk at one section of the parkade, on the condition that I must be within his sight. That was when I saw "Dr. Waddly"!

Today I checked to confirm her display only to found out that she would be taken down today as well, so I didn't get to visit her!
