Thanks to Judy who gave me a lead to "Flossie the Tooth Fairy". She is located outside the Berkshire Dental Group office at 8701 South Garnett Road, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. I fell in love with Flossie the first time I saw her and she remains my favourite. Maybe because she is the only penguin that has wings!
