Hunting again! Thanks to information in the Tulsa Zoo Listing leading us to finding "Pengwinner" (in a different outfit from the original one) at the parking lot of FW Murphy office at 5311 South 122nd East Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74146. We were told to take pictures only during the weekends.
"Pengwinner" was pictured as a female, dressed up as Miss Tulsa Zoo, in the Tulsa Zoo Listing. But now I would think it would be a he in this new outfit. I don't really know. I didn't call FW Murphy office and ask them.
